A very manipulative dealership once I told salesman or finance manager, I wasn’t interested. He harassed me intimidated me by sending me pictures of myself from my Facebook account. I reported this to super guys and they did absolutely nothing a terrible dealership. I bought three vehicles from them well that’s not happening ever again because they are a xxxx poor dealership.
I have left many voicemails about the jeep I was pushed into after I repeatedly told the sales rep I did not want a all wheel drive and wanted a Nissan Murano. He told me oh no this is 4 wheel drive. I told the seles manager it had dents that needed fixed and it had a short I thought and was told fixing it was not going to happen it was being sold to cheap as it was. Randy at Super Car Guys was a super excellent sales representative. Awesome energy vibes very helpful in finding the perfect first car for our daughter. Very upbeat and positive made the whole first car buying experience for our daughter fun and exciting.

Julian helped me and my boyfriend buy a car within budget. They did everything all we had to do was give our information. As a first time buyer I would say that this was a great first experience and will be back next time I wanna buy a car or trade. There were a couple things wrong with the car ex: cracked windshield and slow tire leak, but they got us all fixed up. Very awesome job from All departments!!

Ask for Randy! He is great and will work very hard to put you in a good position. We looked at 5 or 6 cars from multiple of their facilities and Randy went above and beyond to help us out by going early in the morning to fetch the cars from said facilities. The staff in general were very kind and respectful as well, but massive shout out to Randy for taking care of us!

I am a single mom and I have had my car since August of 2023, and it is the end of January, and I got a ticket couple days before Thanksgiving for having expired tags. I took my title work to them, and they told me to go to Eddy's to get it fixed. So, I went there and took it to them and they told me it shouldn't take long. My grandson and I went to this dealership after they called and said we were approved for a car. We sat there for 7 hours why they tried to find a car for him. After all day we signed paperwork for a car and was told it needed a transmission that they were going to fix. Bought a land rover from them. Waited there forever before we finally got paperwork done. Was kind of treated impersonal. Long stiry short. Got it home. About 3 months later, we have to sink $6000 into it, to replace almost the entire coolant system, at a land rover dealership. Now, the entire top of the windshield is leaking. Will never go back to them for another vehicle.
Highly recommend working with Sales Consultant Clint Gouldner - he was very kind and professional! I went back into the store a week or so later to ask a question and Ryan Andes remembered my name which I thought was really impressive and he got my question answered quickly - highly recommend these 2 guys for a smooth vehicle purchase!!!

We were told it needed a couple of days and nearly three weeks later we still do not have the vehicle in our possession. They’re great when they’re trying to sell you a vehicle but once they have your money their customer care is complete trash. Every time we call about it, we get a runaround. “Oh it’ll be done tomorrow.” Well we’ve had about 12 tomorrows in business days and we still don’t have the vehicle. ...
An appointment was made on Wednesday for 10 a.m. Friday to see two cars. I arrived on time and there was no salesman by the name I was given, and the two cars I was to see were not at the dealership. I will not be returning.

They worked hard to get me what I wanted and were very respectful at the south Broadway store, can't say so much for my experience at the other locations, where they were pushy trying to get me into something I didn't want, but because of the south Broadway store I'm definitely going to be a return customer.
